Using outstanding rapport-establishing and sales skills to assist and drive enquiries into prospects, the sales agent function is critical to the success of our team and business as a whole.
Main duties of sales agents include:
Answering all client inquiries and conducting fact-finding investigations into their needs to promote the benefits of our award-winning consultation service.
Using strong rapport-building abilities to create and sustain connections with potential clients.
Creating a business pipeline for future fostering.
Submitting sales on the portal.
Ensuring team cohesion as a team leader.
Working towards set goals.
Keeping system information up to date and accurate.
Experience/skills of sales agents:
Dedication to specific goals and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in roles such as sales agent, sales executive, telesales executive, and B2B sales is advantageous but not required, as full sales training will be provided.
Ability to present oneself in a self-assured and trustworthy manner.
