Using outstanding rapport-establishing and sales skills to assist and drive enquiries into prospects, the sales agent function is critical to the success of our team and business as a whole.

Main duties of sales agents include:

• Answering all client inquiries and conducting fact-finding investigations into their needs to promote the benefits of our award-winning consultation service.
• Using strong rapport-building abilities to create and sustain connections with potential clients.
• Creating a business pipeline for future fostering.
• Submitting sales on the portal.
• Ensuring team cohesion as a team leader.
• Working towards set goals.
• Keeping system information up to date and accurate.

Experience/skills of sales agents:

• Dedication to specific goals and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in roles such as sales agent, sales executive, telesales executive, and B2B sales is advantageous but not required, as full sales training will be provided.
• Ability to present oneself in a self-assured and trustworthy manner.
• Willingness to learn new things.
