The purpose of the digitiser is to create digitised plot sheets according to approved artwork and to prioritise swatches for customer approval in order to start production and maintain production.
Job objectives:
Create plot sheets and swatches
Design plot sheets according to confirmed layouts and run a sample on the machine
Verify the quality and accuracy of the embroidery according to the job card
Inform manager of the completion of the sample for approval and make necessary amendments if required
