Secondary school improves results with programme
Secondary school Mandisa Shiceka in Kagiso has had an improvement in their results after an introduction of the Columba Leadership programme.
The programme's aim is to instil a sense of grit, purpose, determination and 21st-century workplace skills through a peer-on-peer leadership model.
The school's matric pass rate has significantly increased since the programme has been introduced. Many of its students have also passed with university exemptions.
